Client Consultation Manager (Sales Role – Warm Leads Provided)
The Colwell Law Group is a leading family and matrimonial law firm in New York, expanding its Sales and Client Consultation Team. They are seeking a Client Consultation Manager who will engage with pre-qualified leads, guiding them to retain the firm's legal services and driving revenue through exceptional consultation experiences.

Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled consultations (virtual and in-person) with pre-qualified prospective clients
Uncover needs, identify emotional and practical motivators, and close with clarity and confidence
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Track all pipeline activity and client touchpoints in Lawmatics (CRM)
Partner with Intake and Attorneys to ensure flawless onboarding
Use LawPay and firm systems to manage retainers and payments
Participate in advanced sales training and live coaching via the CLG Sales Workspace
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven success in consultative, high-value, or service-based sales
Excel in closing warm leads and managing a pipeline from conversation to conversion
Motivated by performance, recognition, and results — not micromanagement
Thrive in a quota-driven environment and consistently outperform peers
Communicate with empathy, authority, and influence — especially under pressure
Bring professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence to every interaction
