Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction management teams on large-scale transportation projects
Oversee project execution, budgets, schedules, and contract compliance
Serve as the Owner’s on-site representative, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule control
Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations
Mentor and develop junior staff while managing subconsultants and internal resources
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in construction/project management for transportation infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PE license required
Proven experience with Illinois agencies (IDOT, Tollway, CDOT, counties)
Strong technical knowledge of roadway, bridge, and interchange construction
Expertise in construction phasing, traffic operations, and documentation
Preferred
CCM certification is a plus
