Responsibilities
Lead and work alongside crew members to install erosion control measures such as silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, erosion blankets, and seeding
Coordinate daily work plans and ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are ready for use
Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies on job sites
Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other team members
Ensure quality control and accuracy of installations
Operate small equipment such as skid steers, trenchers
Complete daily paperwork, time sheets, and field reports
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in erosion control, landscaping, or construction (leadership experience preferred)
Knowledge of BMP (Best Management Practices) for erosion and sediment control
Ability to read site plans and follow project specifications
Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
