Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and develop effective solutions
Design, develop, test, and validate ERP-related applications and customizations
Write SQL queries and reports to extract and manipulate data from multiple relational databases
Maintain technical documentation and source control related to application design and implementation
Develop and coordinate schedules; ensure support tickets are processed and triaged according to SLA
Facilitate effective communication between team members, functional users, and other IT departments
Provide feedback and recommendations for process and product improvements to the department manager
Serve as a technical mentor and advisor for the Epicor ERP application
Work closely with IT Applications team members and the department manager to meet team objectives, deadlines, and maintain high-quality development standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field or a combination of equivalent education and experience required
5+ years of experience working with relational databases, ERP systems (such as Epicor), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g., Siemens OpCenter) required
Proven success as a technical lead in ERP implementations or development
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively
Experience with .NET framework, C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with SQL Server databases
Preferred
Experience with Epicor ERP
Experience with Azure Data Factory
