Responsibilities
Training New Employees
Retraining (when necessary)
Ensuring employees have checked in each night
Building Inspections
Customer complaint resolution
Fill-in cleaning / Coverage of open accounts
Working with employees to clean within budgeted time
Assisting floor crew with building access, alarms, etc. (when needed)
Submitting daily operations report at the end of your shift
Qualification
Required
Experience in a supervisory role
Ability to train and retrain employees
Strong communication skills for customer complaint resolution
Ability to perform building inspections
Experience in managing employee check-ins
Ability to work within budgeted time for cleaning tasks
Flexibility to work variable hours including weekends
Ability to assist floor crew with building access and alarms
Capability to submit daily operations reports
Benefits
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.17 per mile reimbursement for logged miles
Weekly Pay
$50 Bonus after working 90 days
