Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential externship partner sites, introducing Stepful and establishing new partnerships

Maintain accurate records in internal dashboards and CRM systems, tracking site outreach, agreement status, and partnership details

Act as the primary point of contact for potential partner sites, addressing questions and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience

Build and maintain strong relationships with externship sites by understanding their capacity, preferences, and placement processes

Required

1+ years of experience in outreach, partnership development, account coordination, or a similar role focused on external communications
