Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end product experiences, taking ideas from spark to polished release
Work hand-in-hand with engineers, and AI researchers to convert business goals into user-centered designs
Evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring a unified, scalable visual language
Run user research to surface pain points and opportunities, feeding insights back into design choices
Build prototypes that explore and validate new features, flows, and interactions
Uphold a high design bar, steering the team toward thoughtful, deliberate decisions at every turn
Qualification
Required
Experience crafting products in fast-moving settings, backed by a portfolio showcasing your strongest work
A knack for unraveling complex challenges and distilling them into clear, intuitive experiences
Deep experience with design systems and a keen eye for visual and interaction craft
A track record of user research and applying those findings to design
Top-notch communication and storytelling skills to convey design ideas and reasoning
