Responsibilities
Design and build scalable, high-performance infrastructure
Design architectures that allow both engineers and language models to quickly create, test, and deploy application code
Create reliable monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform stability and performance
Mentor teammates and lead technical decision-making across the organization
Collaborate with AI and product teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions
Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation
Use codegen models to move 10x faster than you did two years ago
Qualification
Required
Experience with AWS Serverless products (Lambda, Step Functions, RDS Aurora)
Proficiency in Typescript and Python
Ability to design and build scalable, high-performance infrastructure
Experience in designing architectures for quick creation, testing, and deployment of application code
Ability to create reliable monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Experience in mentoring teammates and leading technical decision-making
Ability to collaborate with AI and product teams
Experience in driving engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and documentation
Experience using codegen models
Preferred
