Responsibilities
Oversee the design and construction of public facilities, including libraries, fire stations, and community centers
Manage project budgets, scheduling, and contract administration
Conduct site analysis, lead space programming, and participate in public presentations
Ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements
Monitor construction progress and manage change requests
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license (Required)
Valid driver's license (Required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Ability to navigate construction sites and lift up to 30 lbs
Preferred
Experience with Value Engineering principles (certification preferred)
Knowledge of sustainability and green building design (LEED preferred)
