Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two directors within AWS Region Services. The role involves managing complex executive calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing meetings and events to enhance executive productivity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Management of complex executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time to maximize executive productivity, reprioritizing as appropriate

Executive travel planning, both domestic and international. Create detailed travel itineraries and coordinate with in-house travel agents to ensure smooth transitions between time zones; manage international travel processes including passport, visas, and any other applicable documentation

Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders as needed

Organize and manage meetings (including setting agendas and driving follow-up of action items) and events such as offsites, All Hands, Town Halls, and team-based social events

Act as a liaison for direct reports

Support annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles

Required

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

4+ years of senior level leadership support experience

Experience with executive level calendar management

Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
