Responsibilities
Creation of automation Functional and Detailed Design documents
Coding of DeltaV Control Modules, Equipment Modules and Phase Classes
Reviewing and testing DeltaV code
Support walkthroughs and reviews of code with clients
Conduct commissioning and qualification activities
Production support
Support other departments, such as validation and C&Q, with projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or Life Sciences
5+ years experience working with DeltaV on batch automation projects in a pharmaceutical environment
Strong knowledge of S-88 Batch standard
Good understanding of GAMP, regulatory requirements and computer system validation
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with other engineering and business functions
Preferred
5+ years' experience in automation engineering, on-site in a pharmaceutical facility
Experience in the design, development and testing of DeltaV
