KLM Careers is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and safety.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery and systems

Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime

Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems in an industrial environment

Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

Assist with fabrication, plumbing, welding, and other general maintenance duties as needed

Adhere to OSHA, fire and electrical safety codes, and company-specific safety procedures

Collaborate with teammates, management, and vendors to support smooth plant operations

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and safety training

Complete required monthly online safety training
