Responsibilities

Work with C Suite Leaders and their organizations to deliver strategic Enterprise Resiliency projects
Provide guidance, training, and QA for development of resiliency strategies and plan documents to respective Business Continuity, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery
Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and plans have been adequately tested and gaps are identified and tracked until remediation is complete
Ensure all program partners are adhering to Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards and compliance obligations
Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required

Required

5+ years of related experience in Project Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with industry-recognized Professional Certification
Experience with leading and implementing projects and working with cross-functional teams
Working knowledge of technologies relevant to responsibilities, with a strong understanding of driving analytics and reporting
Understanding of how Cloud/CoLo/SaaS technical environments support critical business processes
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; can work well with others; proactive and eager to provide assistance when there is a potential incident
Available for occasional work during off hours and willing to travel to Corebridge Financial facilities as necessary
CBCP and/or PMP certification
