Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases in court and during settlement negotiations

Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and strategy

Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Manage all aspects of case preparation, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses

Advocate on behalf of clients during arbitration and mediation sessions

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve the best outcomes for clients
