Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through pre-litigation
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing parties
Draft and send correspondence and legal documents
Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other evidence
Prepare comprehensive demand packages for attorney review
Keep clients informed and supported throughout their case journey
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management
Strong understanding of the personal injury process from intake to settlement preparation
In-office, full-time availability – we value collaboration and team support
Highly resourceful, organized, and proactive – someone we can rely on
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
