Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday-related initiatives and system upgrades
Manage deployment, configuration, and support across HCM, Financials, Talent, and Recruiting modules
Collaborate with business units to align platform solutions with operational goals
Ensure smooth integration between Workday and other enterprise systems (via APIs/Web Services)
Monitor system performance and drive ongoing platform optimization
Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting, user experience, and platform adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
5+ years of enterprise technology experience, with 3+ years hands-on Workday expertise
Strong command of Workday integrations, web services, and system architecture
Experience managing cross-functional tech initiatives and platform deployments
Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
Preferred
Exposure to Azure tools, data visualization, or analytics platforms
Experience in financial services, consulting, or high-compliance sectors
Workday certifications (preferred but not required)
