New Grad, Entry LevelCapital Ford of Charlotte is seeking a friendly, driven, and detail-oriented Automotive Porter/Valet to join their dealership team. The role involves keeping the dealership lot clean and organized, providing excellent customer service, and supporting vehicle inventory tracking.

Responsibilities
Keep our dealership lot clean, organized, and looking sharp at all times
Move and park vehicles with care, following dealership layout and standards
Perform regular lot checks and report anything that needs attention
Greet customers with a smile, help with parking, and retrieve vehicles when needed
Answer questions and lend a hand to ensure a smooth, enjoyable customer experience
Support our team with vehicle inventory tracking and lot organization
Take on additional duties that help keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role is a big plus
Excellent multitasking skills and a strong sense of organization
A natural people-person with top-notch customer service abilities
Able to work outdoors and handle physical tasks (you'll be on your feet and moving!)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass pre-employment background screenings
