Responsibilities
Drive development of user experiences to enable central observability teams to understand and manage their observability budgets
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn complex data into actionable, easy-to-understand visualizations and workflows
Think beyond implementation—challenge assumptions, refine designs based on user feedback, and take ownership of delivering polished, effective user experiences
Work with engineers across the organization to evolve the architecture powering our UIs and APIs (TypeScript, React, GraphQL)
Share accountability with UI-focused engineers across the company to build and maintain automated tests, tooling, and deployment infrastructure that improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
The ability to independently own projects from inception to delivery all while collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers
Experience using observability tools and/or working with large-scale distributed systems so that you come to Chronosphere with the ability to empathize with our customers and understand their observability challenges
Curiosity and motivation to learn deep, complex domains
A habit of seeking feedback to improve your work and the ability to ask for help when you need it
A flexible, collaborative working style. As a small team in a rapidly evolving space, we value individuals who contribute to a positive and supportive environment
