Responsibilities
Ensure seamless squad execution by setting the bar for agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)
Coach squad members on agile principles, practices, and techniques to increase their ability to deliver value
Mentor business leaders on how to leverage agile ways of working to support value delivery
Promote discipline, rigor, and consistency across all agile practices to maximize efficiency and delivery quality
Manage and prioritize the transformation backlog, including process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI use cases
Partner with Value Stream Owners to ensure backlog items align with strategic business goals
Set value stream improvement targets and track progress toward achieving them
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
Coordinate dependencies across squads through Scrum of Scrums
Track and report on squad progress, velocity, and KPIs (e.g., cycle time reduction, automation adoption)
Act as the go-to person for agile delivery and transformation inquiries
Support governance activities, risk management, and reporting
Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project management, agile delivery, or transformation roles
Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP with agile experience
Experience in process transformation, digitalization, automation, or AI-driven initiatives
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and business process mapping
Preferred
Experience working in manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors
