Complete the PLACE Launch training — our fast-track agent development program

Generate consistent leads using proven PLACE systems and tools

Guide clients through buying and selling processes from start to finish

Host at least two open houses each month

Manage your activities and sales pipeline in PLACE Technology

Attend weekly coaching, skill-building, and accountability sessions

Participate in team events and contribute to our strong culture

Continue producing while building your long-term real estate business
