Responsibilities
Coordinate the Service Department’s day-to-day operations
Answer customer calls and provide technical support or service updates
Receive incoming equipment, log service requests, and evaluate required services
Perform diagnostics, calibration, repair, and maintenance of electronic equipment
Prepare quotes, estimates, and issue invoices for services performed
Package and ship serviced equipment back to customers in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain accurate records of all service activities
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or technical certification in electronics or a related field
Proven experience as an electronic technician, preferably in a service environment
Proficient in English (spoken and written); working knowledge of Spanish is required
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Familiarity with invoicing, logistics, and customer service processes
Proficiency with electronic test equipment and tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with calibration procedures and industry standards
Working knowledge of inventory management and shipping systems
