Responsibilities
Ensure proper prioritization of task is observed and assignments are properly actioned, and handled per mag standards
Proactively contribute in providing strategies for work quality advancements
Collaborate with IT Devs to ensure testing and observation of solutions adds value to end users
Ensure all fields in tasks have met the standard requirement of the team
Act as the last defensive line that ensures IT Solutions meets the end users' requests
Delivery - Coordinate and generate independent test cases for each newly developed application/system
Compliance - Ensure that all work projects are compliant with the company’s standards
QA IT projects - Manage testing projects during each phase. All projects/tasks are to be reviewed for quality assurance
Team Communication - Communicate and recommend improvements to the functionality, design, and usability of new systems/applications
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT quality assurance and audit roles
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices
Hands-on experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms, such as Zapier, Google Workspace, JotForms, HubSpot, PandaDoc, and AirTable
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and API integration
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools for task and project tracking
Familiarity with software testing techniques, tools, and defect-tracking systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
