Responsibilities

Performs a wide variety of neurophysiological diagnostic studies in the laboratory, intra-operatively and in the intensive care settings

Operates and performs preventative maintenance on complex monitoring instruments

Documents all acquired data for interpretation

Ensures tests performed are properly ordered, charged and reported

Makes independent assessments that may indicate urgent medical interaction

Travel to other area hospitals is required, as needed

Basic Life Support

1 Year of experience as a Neurodiagnostic Tech or 1 year of experience is waived for new graduates of an accredited EEG Program
