Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the military and commercial marine sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the marine industry
Strong understanding of marine valves, pipes, fittings, and related products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
