Responsibilities

Responsible for operation and set-up of CNC equipment in accordance to specifications and blueprints
Responsible for setting up and running mills without assistance
Responsible for maintaining an average parts production
Responsible for inspecting parts using appropriate measuring devices and documentation of results
Responsible for reporting on a variety of matters such as scrap, safety, maintenance and training
Responsible for following all applicable safety/housekeeping guidelines including reference to publications of various machines
Performs necessary preventative maintenance on a daily and/or weekly basis
Responsible for writing and/or troubleshooting on CNC program and maintaining fixtures
May work on special projects/assignments upon request

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
One (1) year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Ability read and use measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers, etc
