Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch, including design, prototyping, testing, validation, and production support
Develop, led and mentor a team of development engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Quality, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution
Drive technology roadmaps and innovation strategies for IAQ products
Ensure rigorous testing and validation of products to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards
Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation
Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource plans for development projects
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in product development, preferably in consumer or residential HVAC, appliances, or related technologies
Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering successful products to market
Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, airflow, filtration, and environmental controls
Experience with testing protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
Preferred
Experience with embedded systems, controls, or IoT integration
Familiarity with design for manufacturability and cost optimization
Prior experience in a competitive IAQ or HVAC-related market
