Responsibilities
Participating in client specific cross functional team launch design review and solutioning, insuring alignment to fulfillment technology products capabilities and roadmap initiatives
Collaborating with client and integration teams to define and validate critical data mappings for order, item, receipt, inventory, return, and fulfillment data between the client’s ERP systems and WMS, ensuring accurate and seamless end-to-end integration throughout the launch process
Working with clients to develop launch-specific testing plans for both unit-level and integrated end-to-end scenarios, including identifying and reviewing any custom integration requirements in collaboration with the appropriate internal teams
Collaborating with transportation teams to identify and validate the in-scope carriers and service levels through configuration and testing
Support configuration of WMS/TMS/MHE systems at fulfillment centers to ensure client-specific requirements are accurately implemented
Provide on-site support for key launch milestones, ensuring seamless transitions from testing to operations
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance test efficiency, configuration accuracy, and overall launch readiness
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive process enhancements to optimize system performance, integration quality, and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Systems, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience with WMS configuration, testing, and integration, including hands-on work with SQL, JavaScript, and JSON
Strong background in WMS implementation and operations across Retail, B2B, and E-commerce environments
Proven ability to assess data workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear operational actions
Execution-focused, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, mentor peers, and drive accountability through influence
Preferred
NetSuite integration experience strongly preferred
