Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and campaigns
Work with the marketing and design teams to create impactful content
Analyze data from campaigns to provide insights and improve performance
Identify and track KPIs to measure the success of campaigns
Monitor social media platforms, trends, and conversations
Foster relationships with customers through engaging interactions
Optimize campaigns and handle budgeting and reporting processes
Manage campaigns and initiatives end-to-end
Perform administrative tasks, such as creating reports and tracking analytics
Manage, coach, motivate, and inspire the social media team
Manage 8-10 direct reports and drive a team of high content production environments using AI
Must keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and be quick to leverage cutting-edge tactics for growth
Must stay attuned to industry trends and emerging growth tactics to drive innovation and remain competitive
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of proven experience in marketing, social media, or a similar position, preferably in a leadership role
Strong background in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms
Demonstrated experience in managing teams, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire creatives and strategists
Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using the latest digital marketing and content creation tools
Skilled in utilizing AI tools to produce high-quality, innovative, and scalable content
Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Well-connected within the digital and social media space, with a strong awareness of industry shifts and opportunities
Highly ambitious, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for continuous learning and growth
Background in data analytics, with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Creative vision and storytelling skills, with a strong eye for what resonates with audiences
Proficient in content creation, design, and management software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
