Responsibilities
Drive discussions among internal operations, technical, and business teams to define system development requirements, technical solutions, and implementation test criteria for new warehouse management system software features
Prepare technical documents like wireframes and threat models to refine and promote ideas/concepts through approvals
Conduct and document acceptance testing to refine new software features ahead of release
Coordinate and prepare end-to-end users for production release, provide implementation triage support as-needed
Conduct post-launch evaluations to drive adoption and prove results of new features
Maintain program and product documentation as the system grows
Provide regular status updates and documentation to key stakeholders, ranging from in-path users to senior leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field
three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
seven years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and three years of experience
three years of experience in program, project, or product management experience in warehousing, manufacturing, data center, or reverse logistics environment
experience using warehouse management and inventory control systems
Up to 25% domestic & international travel to perform role responsibilities may be required
