Responsibilities

Directs a team focused on sales and service, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives for a defined business segment or sub segment
Ensures consistency of execution and alignment with customer experience strategy
Supervises the deployment of tools and resources and readiness materials, enabling the achievement of strategic initiatives and customer experience goals
Identifies performance issues and makes recommendations to management to close performance gaps
Elevates issues to senior managers and recommends process improvement tactics as needed
Facilitates change management within the business, ensuring tools and resources are consistently and effectively utilized at the customer interface
Manages a team of specialists
Responsible for team member development while monitoring progress against individual goals
Motivates and develops staff which includes, acquiring top talent and managing performance-based issues
Effectively plans, organizes, directs, analyzes and evaluates staff and processes
Connects strategy to day-to-day activities and updates the team on a regular basis
