Responsibilities
Planning, scheduling, and executing service, installation, start-up, and troubleshooting mill visits
Providing accurate and timely reports and billing documentation
Taking field notes, conducting surveys, mapping machines, and evaluating existing equipment
Communicating with engineering regarding field modifications
Assisting the District Sales Manager with the promotion and sales of all products including service, service contracts, and spare parts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, associate degree with two years of technical field experience, or a high school diploma with five years of technical field experience in an industrial or military setting
Experience in paper machine applications is a plus
Critical thinking skills and the ability to apply consistent logic to diverse situations
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work remotely from a home office
Ability to work independently and be a team player
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
