Responsibilities

Electrical technical guidance and quality oversight, including code review on all assigned projects

Supporting technical training and development of junior electrical staff

Modifying our standard/specifications to fit project requirements

Provide 'on-the-spot' advice and decisions - technical and cost estimates

Coordination with all the disciplines involved, including outside consultants

Technical interface with code officials and contractors

Required

Accomplished E.I.T. certified electrical engineer with 3+ years of progressive technical experience in the design of power distribution, lighting, life safety, and telecommunications systems on community-based vertical construction projects

Experience should include technical oversight of multiple projects with proven success, providing technical oversight on projects that meet contract specifications and technical standards to the client on time and within budget

Self-motivated with highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Well organized, takes good notes
