Responsibilities
Oversee and improve partner processes, including deal registration, contract management, and partner engagement workflows
Optimize and scale partner programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs
Manage partner portfolio enhancements, tracking contributions and optimizing program benefits
Develop and maintain performance reporting, providing insights into partner activity, deal flow, and revenue impact
Act as a key point of contact for operational inquiries from partners, ensuring timely support and issue resolution
Assist in the evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing adoption of key technologies (e.g., account mapping tools, hyperscaler platforms, partner portal) to modernize and scale partner operations programs
Build dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in partner operations, channel management, or sales operations within a SaaS or cybersecurity company
Strong ability and passion for data analytics and insight generation to drive process improvements and optimize partner performance
Familiarity with CRM and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
