Responsibilities

Perform a full-range of maintenance activities on buildings, all building-related equipment, and production equipment. Working conditions can include: Facilities Engineering shop environment, safety hazards including welding, grinding, electrical work, high-pressure equipment, chemicals, dirty/toxic work areas, and noise. Required working extra hours and weekends as needed

Promote an environment of continuous improvement and innovation in line with lean thinking and maintenance best practices

Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices requirements maintained by the company. Comply with EHS regulations and policies

Required

High School Diploma with basic skills/knowledge in mechanical, electronics, instrumentation, or related fields

Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures

General skills and related to maintenance and facilities activities

Follows the appropriate Work Order task description

Ability to travel within four sites in same city

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb

Preferred

Relevant working knowledge of a regulated industry and GMP
