Responsibilities

Work as part of the Talent Development team on all aspects of talent engagement including leadership development, talent planning, on-boarding and performance management processes, systems, and customer service

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program with a major in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology
Strong interest in a career in Human Resources
Ability to obtain/maintain an active U.S. security clearance
Ability to travel up to 10%

Customer Service mindset
Experience scheduling, tracking, and managing logistics for in-person and virtual meetings and learning programs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to track data and training metrics (e.g., participation, outcomes)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for data analysis)
