Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on complex repairs
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Preferred
ASE Master Certification preferred; additional certifications a plus
