Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold cleanup in homes and businesses
Perform demolition, debris removal, and deep cleaning
Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)
Pack out, clean, and help organize customer belongings
Report issues or concerns to the Lead Tech or Crew Chief
Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Lift and carry up to 70 lbs regularly
Stand, squat, crawl, and move in tight spaces
Work in a variety of environments (damaged homes, hot/cold temps)
Must be able to wear a respirator when required (tight face seal needed)
Preferred
Prior experience in construction, restoration, mitigation, or cleaning
