The role involves performing various maintenance tasks such as painting, equipment repairs, and facility upkeep across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to painting, equipment and facility repairs, some heavy lifting, cleaning
Each week starts in Franklin, Ma for team meeting and gathering of anticipated supply needs
Company vehicle supplied after an observation period
Valid Drivers License required
Hours are 8am – 4pm (overtime and weekends may be available and or required)
Ability to identify and troubleshoot facility and equipment related issues
Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely
Qualification

Self-directed
Possess a sense of urgency and can meet deadlines
Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely
Basic computer skills desired for updating ticketing system and communicating with team members
Preferred
Painting experience preferred
Experience in facilities maintenance preferred
Have working knowledge in one or all of the following: roofing, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and/or painting preferred
Team player, organized, energetic, clean
