Circle K is a large, stable employer seeking an Area Maintenance Specialist to perform various maintenance tasks as directed by the District Manager. The role involves a variety of maintenance and repair responsibilities, with opportunities for skill development and expanded responsibilities through training.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to:

Fuel-Related Equipment: Dispensers, air stations, fuel filters, nozzles, hoses, breakaways, splash guards, and chucks

General Repairs: Ceiling tiles, base trim, interior and exterior painting, pothole patching, sanding, patching, restroom and service door maintenance, touch-ups, caulking, and signage replacement/installation

Basic Plumbing: Faucet and filter maintenance

Outdoor Maintenance: Basic landscaping, mulch application, bollard pole maintenance, bike racks, fence and gate repairs, perimeter light poles, power washing, and air hose hangers

Hardware and Fixtures: Door handles, locks, closers, shelving installation, and repair

Other Tasks: Basic compressor maintenance, glove/sanitizer dispenser upkeep, traffic signage, marketing component installation, floor drains, island maintenance, and miscellaneous upkeep as assigned

Required

Strong foundation in general maintenance, mechanics, and repair work

Effective communication with customers, management, and team members

Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing and walking for extended periods

Reaching overhead, bending, kneeling, and squatting comfortably

Lifting, carrying, pulling, or pushing items weighing up to 60 pounds

Working in various weather conditions

Climbing ladders safely

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
