Responsibilities

Tackling Repairs & Maintenance – HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances—you name it, you fix it!

Keeping Residents Happy – Respond to service requests promptly and professionally, making our residents feel at home

Rotating On-Call Duty – Be a maintenance superhero when needed, including weekends and nights

Keeping Amenities in Top Shape – Pools, fountains, and shared spaces need your expert care

Conducting Inspections & Preventative Maintenance – Stay ahead of the game by catching issues before they happen

Ensuring a Picture-Perfect Community – Help maintain the property’s curb appeal and pristine condition

Qualification

HVACElectricalPlumbingGeneral RepairsHVAC CertificationPaintingDrywallPhysical Strength

Required

Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general repairs

HVAC Certification (a must-have!)

Availability for rotating on-call shifts (including evenings & weekends)

A valid driver's license for emergency on-call duties

The ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs
