Responsibilities

Purchases resale items as directed
Purchases paper, cleaning and other supplies as needed for the operation of concession stand
Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times
To be helpful and courteous to guest
Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Helpful and courteous to all guests
Keeps current records of supplies on hand and completes purchase orders as needed to remain fully stocked
Maintains quality of product by properly rotating stock
Keeps up-to-date financial records on all monetary transactions
Keeps daily, weekly, monthly records of income and expenditures
Keeps accurate control of cash drawer
Maintains control of all income
Prepares deposit slips accurately
Makes deposits of revenues as directed
Maintains cash/bank as directed
Maintains cleanliness of concession stand
Maintains cleanliness of equipment
Complies with Health Department regulations

Qualification

Required

Possess high school diploma or it's equivalency
Valid driver's license
Willing to work seasonal, nonstandard hours, weekends and holidays as required
Verbal skills to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers and the general public in a courteous and professional manner
Math skills to receipt money
Writing skills to clearly and neatly complete forms and reports
Reading skills to understand instructions, policies and procedures
Knowledge of city rules, policies, and procedures
Ability to maintain records and file reports
Ability to meet and deal tactfully with the public
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees

Preferred

Prefer one to three years working in fast paced food service environment
