They are seeking a Shop Technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on equipment, maintain the shop's condition, and ensure safety regulations are followed while addressing customer concerns regarding John Deere equipment.

Responsibilities
Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on equipment and established products as requested by the Service Manager and Service Writer
Prepares all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
Maintains condition of shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
Complete dis-assembly and inspection, as efficiently as possible, so parts may be ordered and machine work can be scheduled promptly
Maintain records and account for all time, parts, and supplies used in repairing and servicing both customer and dealership equipment
Qualification
Required
Willingness to learn
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Strong communication skill and self-motivated
Preferred
Mechanical experience in heavy equipment or related industry also preferred
Basic Service Technician or Mechanic certification preferred
Valid, clean driver's license preferred
