PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions. They are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, implement data import/export sets, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business KPIs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including update sets, scripting, and table constructs

Implement and manage data import/export sets and REST/Table APIs

Ensure reliable analytics by translating service models into CSDM and CMDB structures

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business KPIs into technical solutions

Utilize Agile/Scrum practices, including ATF, versioning, and release pipelines

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, including update sets, scripting, ACLs, and app scopes

Basic understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling

Experience with Metric Definitions, Metric Instances, Script Includes, and Scheduled Scripts

Proficiency in UI Builder and Platform Analytics

Solid SQL and data modeling skills, including data models and cubes

Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse

Familiarity with Predictive Intelligence, including classification, similarity, clustering, and model lifecycle

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS (e.g., ITSM, Discovery, CMDB), Performance Analytics & Reporting Micro-Cert, and Predictive Intelligence Micro-Cert

Experience with Power BI and SQL Server Management

Background in data governance, including glossary, lineage, stewardship, and PII/security controls

Knowledge of data archiving, archive table design, and off-platform storage patterns

Exposure to Discovery/Service Mapping and its impact on CMDB data quality and reporting
