Responsibilities

Serve as a personal, in-person point of contact for 400+ families across two apartment communities in Olympia, WA and Salem, OR
Engage residents face-to-face during on-site visits
Handle follow-up, planning, team meetings, and tracking engagement remotely
Knock on doors, build relationships, and help connect families to free benefits like telehealth, tutoring, financial tools, and the Viva app

Qualification

Required

Experience in community engagement or social services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Willingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest region

Preferred

Experience working with families in affordable housing
Knowledge of local resources and benefits available to families
Background in outreach or community organizing
