They are looking for Robotic Welder Repair Technicians to troubleshoot and repair automated welding machines, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain welding schedules.

Responsibilities
Trouble-shooting and repair of automated and robotic production welding and assembly machines
Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment and plant facilities
Maintain and modify weld schedules for both resistance spot welding and MIG welding
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, as well as wiring schematics
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits
Weld fixture gauging
Building maintenance as required
Machining, welding, and fabricate as required
Qualification
Required
Must have a thorough working knowledge of machine maintenance practices and techniques for a Robotic Welder Repair Technician
Must be highly motivated and dependable
Communicate efficiently and effectively within all facets of the company
Preferred
Experience with Fanuc robots, Fanuc Servogun software, or Motoman robots a plus
