The individual will be required to perform on-site asbestos/lead surveys, proposal generation, and generation of final reports
Experience performing mold, sewage, and smoke damage investigations is a major plus!
The right candidate may be given additional management responsibilities within our hygienist service division
Qualification
Required
Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST)-Minimum Requirement
Must hold current California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor and/or Project Monitor
NIOSH-582 Certificated
Excellent customer service skills
Must have a valid CA driver's license, good driving record and willing to travel when necessary
Be available for night and weekend work, as needed
Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, crawl in spaces, stand and drive for periods of time, stoop, kneel as needed
Preferred
Experience performing mold, sewage, and smoke damage investigations is a major plus!
