They are seeking a Part Time Field Technician to travel to various customer locations, perform services, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high work standards.

Responsibilities
Each morning, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan
You’ll travel in one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with a Crew Leader) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs
You may meet with customers while performing the service to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations throughout the day, but primary Customer Service responsibilities will be led by a Crew Leader
You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle and equipment are clean and ready for the next day’s work

Must like to work with people
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 75 pounds
Must not be afraid of heights
Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
Must have a strong work ethic and enjoy high levels of extended activity
Must be willing to maintain high standards, have a desire to learn, and be open to performance-based feedback
