Responsibilities
Use their knowledge & skill to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers
Work closely with the Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations that address each guest concern
Perform full, accurate, and honest courtesy digital vehicle inspections
Continuously build automotive expertise across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, to meet deadlines, and to deliver distinguished results
Follow and promote our high standards of excellence in safety and cleanliness
Treat our guests and other team members with respect and integrity
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
Professional appearance and strong communication
A desire for long-term career development
Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
Drive manual transmission vehicles
Efficiently navigate a computer and/or a tablet
Preferred
3+ ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
Diesel and Euro experience preferred but not required
