SERVPRO of Summit, Lake, Park, & Eagle Counties is a locally owned emergency disaster response company seeking Lead Restoration Technicians to join their team. The role involves leading restoration crew members on various projects, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to protocols while managing job site operations.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Supervising and training restoration technicians

Setting the example of how to properly manage a loss

Assessment and documentation on job site

Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly

Adherence to IICRC and 24-7 Restoration protocols

Vehicle and equipment care and maintenance

Helping to ensure a clean and organized warehouse

Responsible for crew’s quality and productivity performance

Excellent and responsive customer service

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, crew, and management

Qualification

IICRC certificationDisaster restoration experienceLeadership skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Ability to lead by example and set the tone

2-3 years of disaster restoration experience

Excellent communication skills

Hardworking, reliable, organized

Ability to work extended/on-call hours

Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds

Valid CO Driver's License

Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check

Preferred

Current IICRC certification

Disaster Restoration: 1 year
