NEOGOV is recruiting for the Alaska Military Youth Academy (AMYA) Team Leader position, which plays a vital role in supporting cadets aged 16-18 by ensuring their safety, accountability, and personal growth. The Team Leader will supervise cadets, foster a supportive atmosphere, and promote their development within a structured, para-military environment focused on youth empowerment and leadership.

Qualification

Required

A high school diploma or GED
Six months of work experience, paid or volunteer
Possession of a valid driver license
Must be 21 years of age or older
Obtain a State of Alaska Commercial Driver License (CDL) with 'P' endorsement within 90 days of initial appointment
Obtain American Red Cross Basic First Aid and CPR Instructor Certification within 180 days of initial appointment
Pass a federal background check
Submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test and driving history background check as required by 49 CFR 382
